Deena B. Pargman, PhD
Deena B. Pargman is one of the nation’s first and leading providers of Executive Sensitivity Coaching. She maintains a private consulting and mediation practice with a national client base and has worked with some of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms to deliver a broad range of diversity and harassment-prevention programs. Deena holds a PhD in Sociology, serves as an adjunct professor at Georgia State University, and teaches in Emory University’s evening program.
Genie Sockel, Esq.
Genie practiced employment law at Seyfarth Shaw, one of the nation’s largest labor and employment firms. While there, Genie defended large and small companies in a range of employment matters. Genie eventually realized her skills and knowledge were best applied to pro-active employment trainings, and working one on-one with clients after an incident had occurred. Group training clients appreciate her relaxed manner and ability to explain nuanced topics and legal issues in easy-to-understand language. Genie received her law degree from Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Yale University.
Both of us love what we do and participants in our programs see and feel our passion for the topic immediately. Our total focus is on providing an outstanding training session and insuring all teaching points are made clearly and digested by participants so they can apply the information quickly and easily.
